FiredrakeFeri Level One class information and guide lines

The goal of FireDrake Feri Level One course is to provide an introduction to basic Feri practices and specific Firedrake Feri and Vanthi rituals and practices, with major emphasis on personal growth and transformation throughout. These first 13 sessions are offered as a non-initiatory course to beginning Feri students.

 

Students meet with the instructor for thirteen Saturday sessions occurring once monthly from December through the following December. The sessions start at 10:30 am and last between 2 1/2 to 3 hours (If you are more than 15 minutes late, please do not attend that class, as very late arrival will disrupt class). Sessions are held outside in the Great Redwood Grove (weather permitting), and in the Temple room during heavy weather; please bring out-door clothing to layer up.

 

No ‘make-up’ classes are assured. If you miss a class, please notify the instructor and ask for missed assignments and readings. You may attend the same session the following year without cost.

 

Course fees are $195 per quarter and $60 lab fee (to cover binder and handouts and ritual amulets). The course total is $840, not including required supplementary books. The lab fee can be split and paid in two installments. Session fees are paid in advance per quarter, per 1/2 year, or in full. Students are committing to the full course of 13 sessions by registering for this course.

All students accepted at the discretion of the instructor.

Before registering for this course, all students must have previously completed at least two courses offered by Wytchwood  or at least 1 year practicing Witchcraft with ability to demonstrate an understanding of basic tenets of the Craft. (Instructor retains the right to request contact with any prior teachers as desired)

Required books:

• Fundamentals of Hawaiian Mysticism by Charlotte Berney
• Evolutionary Witchcraft by Thorn Coyle
• The Faery Teachings by Orion Foxwood

Completion of readings and assignments is in student’s best interest and falling behind will make the class sessions much less edifying to the student.
